I help busy women improve their mobility with simple, effective routines that fit seamlessly into their daily lives so they can move better, feel stronger, and take care of their bodies without adding more to their already packed schedules.
As an exercise physiologist, I understand the science behind movement, flexibility, and joint health. But more than that, Iāve experienced the frustration of feeling stiff, tight, and limited in my own body. I know what itās like to struggle with discomfort and not know where to start when it comes to improving mobility.
Thatās why I believe taking care of your body shouldnāt feel overwhelming.
